Implement nationwide joint guarantee and national standard three-guarantee service. In the event of a failure within the scope of the Three Guarantees, the original warranty certificate and purchase invoice can be returned to authorized outlets for return service.
The three guarantees services are as follows:
Consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair the product within 7 days from the date of sale. Consumers can choose to exchange or repair the goods within 15 days from the date of sale. Consumers can choose to repair the product within 1 year from the date of sale. The following situations are not within the scope of the Three Guarantees:
Exceed the validity period of the three packs.
There is no valid three guarantee certificate and invoice.
The content on the invoice is inconsistent with the physical mark of the product or is altered.
Failure to use, maintain, and maintain the product in accordance with the requirements of the product manual (man-made damage).
If your product has quality problems, please call the service hotline, and the local repair station will provide on-site service within 24 hours (except for special circumstances).
Our company will provide free maintenance services when quality problems occur during normal use of your products.
In the following cases, you can choose the paid services provided by our company.
During each repair, the person in charge of the customer service center will check whether the product model and serial number on the invoice and warranty certificate match the actual product. Please ask for a written certificate from the dealer when you make a purchase to ensure that the dealer fulfills your additional promise.
(3)、exemption from warranty obligations
In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests and avoid unnecessary losses, our company does not bear the obligation to return or exchange products for free for the following reasons. Please choose paid services.
Out of warranty period.
When there are scratches, bumps, deformation, dents, etc.
Disassembled or repaired by unauthorized service personnel.
Damage caused by accidental factors or human actions and external forces (including operating errors, handling, bumping, inputting inappropriate voltage, etc.).
Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (such as earthquakes, fires, floods, etc.).
For services outside the scope of the free warranty, we will charge a fee (charge standard = technical service fee + replacement parts fee).
The right to interpret all the above regulations belongs to our company, and our company reserves the right to modify this regulation without prior notice.
